2.1 The flange gasket should be made of closed-pore, low-polymer material. The thickness of the gasket should be 3-5MM. The gasket should be flush with the flange and must not protrude into the air duct;
2.2 Before hoisting the pipe, form a certain length on the ground and then hoist it. After hoisting, the air duct elbow and air duct connection cannot withstand external force;
2.3 If the surface-mounted air duct is installed unevenly, the horizontality deviation shall not be greater than 3MM per meter, and the total deviation shall not be greater than 20MM;
2.4 The horizontal and vertical required positions of concealed air ducts should be correct without obvious deviation.
3. Precautions for the installation of air duct supports and hangers in Keruilai environmentally friendly air-conditioning projects:
3.1 The hangers are fixed with steel expansion bolts, and the spacing should be no more than 3M.
3.2 The boom of the hanger should be straight, with complete and smooth threads. The boom should be spliced by overlap. The overlap length should be no less than 6 times the diameter of the boom and welded on both sides;
3.3 The screw holes on the hanger must be machined (electric drill), and gas cutting is not allowed;
3.4 The rectangular air duct hoop bracket is close to the air duct, the folding angle is straight, and there is a distance for tightening the bolts on the connection;
3.5 When installing the air duct, fix and adjust the bracket at the same time. Its position is correct and the force should be even;
3.6 Supports and hangers must not be located at air outlets, valves, inspection doors and automatic control mechanisms. The booms should not be directly fixed on the flange. Supports and hangers require anti-corrosion treatment.

Before installing environmentally friendly air-conditioning components, their appearance, movement flexibility, specifications and models should be inspected, and they can be installed only if there are no abnormalities. 4.3 When installing ducts, the connection between the air inlet and the air duct should be tight and firm, the frame should be close to the building decoration surface, the outer surface should be flat and not deformed, and the adjustment should be flexible;
4.4 When installing pipelines, the horizontal deviation shall not be greater than 3/1000, and the vertical deviation shall not be greater than 2/1000.
