How to maintain the Keruilai evaporative air conditioner?

Inspection and maintenance of evaporative air conditioners :

1). Conduct various routine inspections in a planned manner based on equipment operation conditions and customer needs;

2) In order to ensure that the efficiency of the evaporative cooling unit can be more stably exerted, please use this product under the following conditions:

a)Ambient temperature: 18℃——45℃

b) Environmental relative humidity: ≤85%;

c) Atmospheric pressure: 86Kpa-106Kpa;

d) The water supply needs to be softened, the water supply temperature is ≤45℃, and the water supply pressure is: 0.15-0.6Mpa;

e) The voltage deviation does not exceed ±10% of the rated voltage;

f) The air quality of the operating environment should meet the GB3096 level three or above (including level three) standard;

g) Non-corrosive environment.

3). This product is a flammable product. Please do not get close to fire during transportation, installation and operation.

4) Before use, please pay attention to whether the water inlet pipe and drainage pipe are well connected, otherwise leakage may cause damage to other equipment or products.

5). In order to ensure the best effect of this machine, there should be a sufficiently open door or window. If there is not a sufficiently open door or window, blinds or other mechanical ventilation equipment can be installed.

6) When the machine is running, do not disassemble the evaporator, top cover and other machine accessories. If you need to repair or maintain the machine, you should cut off the power supply first, otherwise it may cause damage to the machine or casualties.

7) Please check the condition of the motor during installation, and do not use fuses or other metal wires with incorrect capacities.

8) In order to ensure the cooling effect, you may consider installing a filter in areas where the air is relatively turbid.

9) In places with strict requirements on humidity and temperature, professionals should be consulted for guidance.

10) If there is any abnormality in the operation of this product, please notify our company or the dealer maintenance point for repair.

 

Preventive maintenance of evaporative air conditioners:

1). Pre-season maintenance. Before the start of the use season, check whether there are any obstructions around the unit and the air inlet.

2) Use and maintain the unit. Pay attention to the cleaning of the chassis. Press the "Clean" button on the control panel every day to change the water and clean it to prevent bacteria and odor.

3). Periodic maintenance of the unit. The unit has been running for 1-2 months. If the wet curtain or filter is blocked or the floor is too dirty, it should be cleaned in time to avoid causing machine failure or affecting its operation.

4) End-of-season maintenance. In order to prevent freezing damage to the body and the breeding of mosquitoes, when not using it for a long time, you should turn off the tap water, then press the cleaning button to drain the water, and cut off the power supply.

5) Clean the inside of the unit. If the unit operates for a long time, in order to ensure the cooling effect, the inside of the unit must be cleaned once every 1 or 2 months. Please refer to the instruction manual for detailed disassembly and cleaning methods.
