Precautions for the use of industrial air coolers

　　Industrial air coolers , also called environmentally friendly air conditioners, water-cooled air conditioners, evaporative air conditioners, etc., are suitable for use in factories, workshops, waiting rooms, large shopping malls, farms, greenhouses and other places, with significant ventilation and cooling effects. Below, I will mainly talk to you about the precautions for using industrial air coolers.

　　1. Before using the industrial air cooler, check whether there are paper scraps, dust and other debris in the wet curtain and pool. They should be cleaned 1-2 times per year during use. The water added to the pool should be tap water or other clean water.

　　2. If there is stickiness or dust on the surface of the industrial air cooler, it can be cleaned with soapy water. Avoid using gasoline, solvents, etc. to avoid paint peeling or discoloration.

　　3. The filter should be cleaned regularly (about once every 2 weeks) to maintain the dehumidification and dust removal efficiency and life of the machine, and to avoid bacterial growth.

　　4. If there is a lot of dust and greasy in the use environment, the heat exchanger part should be cleaned regularly (once every 1-2 weeks). When cleaning, remove the air inlet panel of the machine and use a toothbrush dipped in soapy water to wipe the aluminum sheets up and down the heat exchanger. Brush, remember to prevent the heat exchanger from rewinding during cleaning.

　　5. When the industrial air cooler is not used for a long time, please unplug the power cord, clean the machine according to steps 1, 2, and 3 above, wrap the machine in a packaging box, and store it in a cool and dry place.
