Maintenance and cleaning methods for industrial air coolers

　　Industrial air coolers need cleaning and maintenance after being used for a period of time. Many friends do not know how to do this. Below, Kerilai will share with you the seven steps for cleaning industrial air coolers. I hope it will be helpful to everyone.

 

 

　　First: Remove the wet curtain (a total of four parts, in no particular order.)

　　1. First unscrew the three screws on the upper part of the industrial air cooler wet curtain.

　　2. Hold the louver on the upper part of the wet curtain, gently pull the wet curtain outward and then lift it up slightly to remove the wet curtain.

　　Second: Remove the top cover and water distribution pipe assembly.

　　1. First unscrew the screws on the top cover, then lift the top cover up and take it off.

　　2. Unscrew the hose clamp on the water pipe, loosen the water pipe, lift up the water distribution pipe assembly and take it off.

　　Third: Cleaning of water distribution pipes.

　　1. If the hole in the water distribution pipe is blocked, you can use iron wire to poke it out.

　　2. Use clean water to clean the stains on the water pipe.

　　Fourth: Cleaning of chassis and accessories.

　　1. Clean the chassis: You can use a soft cloth or brush to clean the chassis of the industrial air cooler.

　　2. Clean the fan blades: Use a soft cloth to wipe the fan blades. Be careful not to let the dust on the fan blades fall into the air duct.

　　3. Clean the water level sensor: Use a small damp cloth to clean off the dirt on the water level.

　　4. Clean the water pump: Use a brush to clean the dirt on the water pump and its filter.

　　5. Clean clothes drain valve: Pay attention to the dirt at the bottom of the drain valve.

　　Fifth: wet curtain cleaning.

　　1. Rinse the wet curtain from the inside out with clean water (note: the water pressure should not be too high during cleaning, and it is strictly prohibited to use acidic or alkaline detergents to clean the wet curtain.

　　2. Filter: The filter can be taken out and cleaned once a week. (Limited to models with filters).

　　Sixth: Filter cleaning. The cleaning method is as follows:

　　2. Clean the dirt on the filter element: Replace the back cover.

　　Seventh: After cleaning, reinstall the whole machine in the reverse order of the disassembly steps. (Note: When cleaning the industrial air cooler unit, you must stop it and turn off the power supply, otherwise there will be a risk of electric shock or other harm to the human body from the unit.
