The water mist is diffused into the air through a pneumatic device, thereby achieving the purpose of uniformly humidifying the air. The advantages of ultrasonic humidifiers are high humidification intensity, uniform humidification, and high humidification efficiency; long service life, automatic humidity balance, and automatic protection without water. The disadvantage is the high cost.

　　2. Atomization type (ultra-high pressure micro-mist humidifier)

　　Atomized humidifiers are mainly used in medical, textile, and other fields. It has a large humidification capacity and is suitable for use in places that require large-area humidification.

　　When purchasing industrial humidification equipment, you should consider the size of the room and the amount of humidification: the larger the room, the greater the amount of humidification required; the humidity requirement is generally set to 70% RH. Also pay attention to safety. The water in the water tank of industrial humidification equipment may run out at any time, so you should choose products with automatic water-free protection to prevent the danger of dry burning.

　　1. Industrial humidifiers should be placed away from heat sources, corrosive materials, furniture, etc., and away from direct sunlight.

　　2. Do not touch the water surface with your hands when using it, and do not use it empty. When moving, drain the water from the water tank and do not turn it upside down.

　　3. When using industrial humidification equipment, do not add other types of chemicals to avoid corrosion of the internal structure.

　　4. During use, stop the machine immediately when encountering a fault.

　　5. Clean the humidifier once a week. Do not put the machine into water during cleaning.

　　6. Use a soft brush to clean the transducer, and wipe the sink and sensor with a soft cloth.

　　7. Do not use detergent, kerosene, alcohol, etc. to clean the body and parts, and do not disassemble parts by yourself.

　　8. If the water quality in the place where the industrial humidification equipment is used is poor, it needs to be equipped with a tap water filter, and please replace the filter element regularly.
